Green Peas Rolls Ingredients :- Potato 500 gm Green Peas 125 gm Coconut powder 1/4 cup Finely Chopped coriander 1/2 cup Chili powder 1/2 tea spoon Green chili 2 pieces Sugar 2 tea spoon Lemon juice 1/2 tea spoon Arrowroot 6 tea spoon Semolina 12 tea spoon Salt as per taste Refined oil Cooking method Boil the potatoes and then make a smooth mash of it after peeling off the skin. Add the arrowroot and mix. Now, make a paste of the green peas. Do not use grinder, you can use some masher for best result. Hit 6 tea spoon oil in a frying pan and add the paste of peas. Now add all the ingredients listed above except semolina. Saute for a few minutes and switch off the flame.  Add a little amount of salt with the potato mash and cut small sized balls of it.
