Zilla Parishad floats open tender for parking place in Tinsukia, Assam

 


Office of the Tinsukia Zilla Parishad the Head Quarter of the 3 tier Panchayati Raj system in the district of Tinsukia has floated open tender for settlement of it's newly constructed parking place situated near District Transport office, Tinsukia vide No. TZP/333/MPH/2021-22, dated the 1st of Dec 2022. 

The parking place with a accommodation capacity of 40-100 vehicles of different type was ceremoniously inaugurated on 13th Oct 2022 by Dr. Rajendra Nath Koiry, the President and Mr. Munindra Bordoloi the Chief Executive Officer of the district Panchayat in presence of the elected representatives of the Zilla Parishad.   

Dr. Rajendra Nath Koiry and Mr. Munindra Bordoloi a Class-I officer of the Assam Civil Services told during a short interaction with our correspondent that after deliberate thought process they could come up with the idea of setting up a parking place with a vision to augment the own source of revenue of Tinsukia Zilla Parishad alongside mitigating the huge traffic seen every now and then in the main approach road of Tinsukia Zilla Parishad during peak office hours. The duo also appreciated the co-operation and rapport shown by the elected members of the district panchayat which helped to envisage this project. 

The parking place incurred a cost of Rs. 20.00 Lakh under the grants of 15th Finance Commission sanctioned for the district panchayat. 

As per the Notice Inviting Tender, intending bidders will be able to procure tender documents till 14th December 2022 on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- whereas the date of tender has been fixed on 15th Dec 2022 at 15:00 hrs.

Sushant's death case grows darker, tough challenges for the CBI

Demand of CBI probe into the questionable death of Sushant Singh Rajput is increasing day after day. Central Government has already allowed CBI to investigate the FIR filed by the Patna police.
